Peer Mediation Can do #8 - Merit
On Monday I had Peer Mediation with Emily, there were no problems again which is still good.
Peer mediation Can do #10 - Merit
Today I did peer mediation and it worked way better because the peer mediators (some of them) went to the junior assembly and told them what we do and what we look like so people came up to us instead of us having to ask them. I showed Leadership by reminding my group that our peer mediation is that day and I showed respect by not laughing at the peoples problems.
Librarian Can do #9 - Merit
On Thursday, at lunch, I went to the library to do my duty. As always, I needed to put the books back on the shelf to start with. After putting them away, I issued some peoples books. A few people asked me where to find the books they were looking for. For example, Rainbow Magics, Beast Boys and Bear Grylls. There were also a lot of returning going on, as the children enter in the library. I liked issuing and returning so that shouldn't be a problem.
I demonstrated respect by answering people's questions respectfully and showing them where to get the book.
I was an active thinker by doing the right thing and sticking to the job.
Librarian Can do #7 - Merit
On Thursday I had Librarian with Charlotte, when we got there we started off by going and getting the books off the trolley and onto the shelves.
Secondly we started returning books by Charlotte was on the computer and I was scanning.
Next we issued books out for people by Charlotte typing in there name so that once I scan it the book will be out under there name.
Then we went around telling people that we were closing the library.
After that we went around tidying up the cushions, chairs and books.
I showed respect by communicating respectfully.
I was also being motivational by suggesting appropriate books and helping people find books.

Peer Mediation Can do #6 - Merit
On Monday I had Peer Mediation with Emily there were no problems again which is still good.
Firstly we went around the the filed because there are always a lot of people on it so just to make sure there weren't any problems.
Secondly we walked though the junior area and sandpit because the juniors sometimes have problems about someone pushing them and them not liking it.
Then we when around the classrooms to see what people were doing and make sure they where in the right place.
I showed respect by not walking through peoples games so that I don't interrupt them.
